Meet the Photographer
I am a professional photographer with over thirty years of experience, specializing in corporate & commercial photography (headshots, products, events, etc.) and classic family portraiture. Based in Davis, California, I serve the Northern Valley including the San Francisco area. I am fluent in English, German, but also speak French and Japanese.

Finding my clients' vision
Typically, I first establish my clients' needs in a quick phone call: what is it that you are you looking for? Do you have a particular setup, lighting, or theme in mind? What characteristics do you wish to emphasize? What is the intended presentation form for the photographs (i.e., company website, fine art prints, etc.). Once I have a good understanding of your vision, I begin planning the session.

Personally
I was born in Germany, lived in Japan for several years. Aside from photography, I love science, drumming, and biking.
